We make paying rent easy for residents with the online resident portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage residents to pay online, which means we can pay you out faster. In Washington State we are allowed to charge a late fee after the 5th day of the month even though our rent is due on the 1st according to our lease. We believe the continued open lines of communication is the key to working with tenants that may be going through financially difficult times that may impact their ability to pay rent on time.
