Can you hold a place before I apply?
Per our management agreements with our owners, we must continue to look for a qualified tenant until a lease agreement is signed and security deposit collected. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. We only collect a security deposit equal to one month’s rent along with the first month’s rent or pro-rated rent. You are required to pay last month’s rent in full. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Washington State requires applicants to be at least 18 years old. All applicants 18 and older must apply and be listed on the lease even if they are not financially responsible. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, all but $400 of your security deposit is refundable based on fulfillment of your lease agreement. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Any applicant with no available credit or enough income to meet normal qualifications. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You will click on that property page on our website and provide the needed information to be fully screened. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent must be received by the 1st of each month and preferably through your tenant portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First verify that the property allows them and then go through Petscreening.com to qualify your pet to be added onto the lease once security deposit is received. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Realize that you are financially responsible for the remainder of the lease unless a qualified replacement is found and added to the lease. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please go to your tenant portal and give notice that you will not be renewing your lease and provide a forwarding address. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
All repairs will be arranged by the management company with an approved vendor. Repairs or damage to the leased property will be examined and evaluated to determine if the tenant may be liable. In that event, the tenant will be presented a copy of the repair invoice and their tenant portal will be debited.
